WHAT PAYMENT TYPE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We take many forms of payment including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover card, and cash. Gratuities are appreciated and can be added to your credit card or provided in cash to your artist.

 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN AND MY DOG?

While we love your loved ones, we do not have the facilities necessary to accommodate either young children or dogs. Please plan for child/pet care so that you and our other guests can relax and enjoy your time with us. Please note that children with appointments for service are welcome at the salon. Exceptions will be made for service dogs with proper identification.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please leave valuables at home and wear comfortable clothing. This is your time to relax!

 

WHAT IF I'M DISSATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE OR PURCHASE?

Our goal is to create beauty one client at a time from the moment you walk into Monet Salon. Your happiness is of the utmost importance. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your service or our products, we ask that you call (831) 515-7911 to let us know. You may also email Julie Monet (Owner) at MonetSalonCapitola@gmail.com.

We promise to do our best to resolve your issue.

 

We will happily adjust a service within 7-days of your original appointment. When you call within the 7-day grace period we will schedule a consultation with your Artist and make any necessary changes free of charge. Beyond 7-days we consider your visit to be a new service and we will charge accordingly. 

 

You are welcome to return retail items for store credit or exchange with a sales receipt within 30-days from the date of purchase. We cannot refund gift cards or items purchased from a provider other than Monet Salon.
