PARKING

We invite you to arrive fifteen minutes early for your appointment. This will give you time to relax and unwind with a cup of Aveda Certified Organic Comforting Tea or a glass of wine from Cork and Fork. We want you to enjoy your entire experience.

 

Free Parking is located at the back of our building, with access off California Avenue. Paid parking is available in the public parking lot, which is located just past the Police Station, and a short walk to Monet Salon. While you’re here, enjoy the beauty of Capitola Village with its many fine shops and restaurants.

CELL PHONE ETIQUETTE WHILE VISITING MONET SALON

Your visit to Monet Salon provides an opportunity for you to relax while we focus our attention on providing the highest quality service. We respectfully ask that you set your cell phone on silent and then sit back and enjoy the experience.

OUR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

When you book an appointment for service our artists reserve time on their schedule specifically for you. We ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We promise to show the same consideration to you should we need to make any scheduling adjustments.

 

Because we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, the salon will allow one no-show, last-minute cancellation, or late arrival for your service. Should this become an issue, we will request you to pre-pay any future reservations with a credit card. If you have the type of schedule that changes often and with little notice, then we suggest you call for a same-day appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

As a courtesy, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation text message 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call (831) 515-7911. We also suggest that you add your appointment to your calendar and set a reminder for at least 24-hours before your appointment in case you need to make any changes.

 

KERATIN services require a consultation with your stylist prior to making your reservation. Due to the amount of time that will be required to perform this service, a 50% deposit will be requested at the time of booking.  This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or is canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice.
